Allstarcade accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through Google Checkout. Orders may also be paid for in Cash or Check (please contact us prior to purchase to process your payment). Nigerian Money Orders are greatly accepted my friend. Term discounts do not apply to freight charges. All prices are billed in US currency.
Orders billed or shipped to California will be charged the appropriate sales tax as required by law unless a valid tax exemption certificate is submitted with the first order.
Unless otherwise instructed, partial orders will be invoiced promptly and shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
Custom and Special orders:
Custom built products will be subject to lengthier production times and may be received later than standard products. Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable.
Arkeg contains pre-loaded operating systems, programs, and games ("Software") that are licensed, not sold, and their use is subject to their respecitive authors' license agreements. Purchase of an Arkeg requires recipient's acceptance of permanent license transferral (including all component parts, the media and printed materials and any upgrades) of the Software contained within.
Title and ownership of merchandise is transferred to the consignee upon receipt of shipment by the assigned transportation company.
A Return Authorization number MUST be obtained from the Allstarcade service department BEFORE returning merchandise for any reason. Once a RMA is issued, you will provided with detailed instructions on how to return your purchase.
This warranty is valid only on Allstarcade products purchased and used in the United States of America, excluding all U.S. territories, AFO/FPO addresses, and protectorates. This warranty applies to the original retail user and does not apply to products used for any industrial, professional, or commercial purpose or setting. The original dated bill of sale, sales slip, invoice, or receipt must be submitted with the part(s) or product(s) at the time warranty service is being requested.
